#1 Floating Hand

Use a rubber glove and fill it with water. Freeze overnight, then cautiously peel away the glove from your hand shaped ice cube.

#2 Add To Punch

Use your big hand shaped ice cube to cool down punch or pails of soda instead of cubes. It's easy and adds a special 'touch' to your party.

#3 Spider Cubes

This is super simple to do and will add just the right amount of creepiness to your event. Purchase a bagful of plastic spiders from the dollar store and place into an ice cube tray, adding water to each space.

#4 Freeze And Use

Once your spider cubes are frozen, just add them to your guests drinks and wait until they melt to freak them out. Be careful if serving to children so they don't swallow the plastic spiders. You can use any creepy items like eyeballs, worms, etc.

#5 Pumpkin Carving Trick

Instead of carving your Jack-O-Lantern top all around the stem as is traditionally done, try something different. For a better fitting top and an easier way to clean out the guts, cut from the back in a square that goes up and around the top. It'll be much easier to clean and place a candle inside!

#6 Glowing Drinks

If you have black lights at your party and are serving drinks that can be mixed with TONIC WATER, you can make them glow! The tonic water will glow under a black light, and if your room is dark enough the drinks will look spooktacular in the dark!

#7 Bleeding Candles

This is so easy that anyone can do it. Take big white candles and then get a red candle to use as a drip. Light the red candle and hold it tilted over the top of your white candle and watch the red wax drip down like blood. Pretty neat!

#8 Glowing Hands

You'll need more rubber gloves and some of the dollar store tea light candles that run on batteries. Place one or two candles inside of your glove and then stick in a straw to blow it up and inflate the glove like a balloon.

#9 Inflate Your Glove

Overinflate the glove a tad so when tying the bottom any air leakage won't effect the shape. You can turn on the candle through the glove, set them around on tables and in the window for a spooky glowing hand decoration.

#10 Candy Gloves

Yes, we have used a lot of rubber gloves, but they are really cool for Halloween decorations. If you fill them up with treats you can tie the bottom off and hand them out to trick-or-treaters.

#11 Serving Bowls

Carve out the tiny pumpkins or gourds and clean the insides out with soapy hot water. Let it dry or use a blow dryer and then use it as a serving bowl for cany or even salsa and chips at your costume party.

#12 Fang Holder

The easiest hack ever. Purchase plastic fangs from the good ole dollar store and use them as napkin holders. They make the cutest napkin holders ever, so just roll up your napkins and clamp them with the fangs and set out for your guests.
