A man named Aaron had an unsightly lump on his face, he decided to rid himself of the problem once and for all.

After recruiting the help of his girlfriend Lila, he was able to have her slice into it with a razor blade and what came out was downright nasty.

Lila captured video of the incident and posted it to YouTube since she knew that some people like this sort of thing for some strange reason. It seems her footage is delivering the disgust that pimple-popping watchers seek.

After explaining that it was a cyst, she wiped down her boyfriend's face with a bit of iodine to sterilize the area before slicing into the lump with a razor blade. Although you can imagine what comes next, it's actually leaving many viewers in disbelief. The title of the clip, "The Exorcism of Aaron," seems to fit all too well considering that a monstrous amount of grotesque sludge is exorcised from his face.

Although things weren't immediately exciting, the situation took a turn as Lila began to squeeze the incredibly large mass. With quite a bit of pressure, what was inside soon came to the surface as hardened pus was forced from its former resting place.

However, things were far from over. Lila went back, time and time again, in order to squeeze even more of the nasty matter from her boyfriend's face. Fortunately, they would get to the bottom of the cyst after a while, but then came the part that many people say is the worst.

After draining the cyst to the best of her ability, Lila was able to get a hold of the capsule that surrounded the pus in order to remove it from her boyfriend's face once and for all. After pulling it through the small incision she made earlier, the determined girlfriend was able to cut out all of the tissue that wasn't supposed to be there.

As Lila states that she "mostly" knew what she was doing, many across the internet are saying that she was extremely lucky. Because there are several nerves running through the face that control our muscles and more, this video's ending could have been quite a bit different if things didn't go as planned. Therefore, the clip should come with the typical "Don't try this at home" warning.
