Warning to animal lovers, if you haven't already figured out from the title, this video contains a decapitated snake. If snakes couldn't get any more terrifying they just keep coming up with new ways to creep you out.
#2 He wasn’t letting his body get away:
The dude filming came across this copperhead snake while walking through the woods, fear of getting bitten by this venomous snake caused the guy to strike first and cut the head off. He saw that the snake was still moving and even seemed aware so he hung around to watch it. Due to reptiles' brains requiring less oxygen they stay conscious for a few minutes after decapitation, and with the nerves in its simple system was still firing the body kept on wiggling. When the tail started hitting the detached head over and over again the head went for a bite. Not exactly how snakes are suppose to pull off their ouroboros trick but still pretty hardcore.
