We know that this world is not running just with the bad in it. We've got some good in it too. The Star Wars team just proved that by visiting little children in the hospital and brightening their day. Have a look at how happy these kids look in these cute pictures from that trip.
Star Wars Cast Paid A Visit To Los Angeles Children's Hospital, And It's The Cutest Thing
#2 The children took part in the Jedi Training Academy and learned how to wield a lightsaber and find their inner Jedi.
"When you can capture the undivided attention ranging from as young as 3 years old to a person well into their 80's, you know you've got something special," said Carol Kim, manager of Child Life at CHLA.
#3 The beloved characters visited the Rehabilitation floor, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Cardiovascular Acute Unit and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit.
The visit was part of the Star Wars: Force For Change program, which uses the Star Wars franchise to try and raise awareness for charities and inspire people to create a positive impact.
#4 Even Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers put their bad behavior to the wayside for this good cause.
The cast put the young Padawans to work, teaching them how to harness the Force.
#5 "Thank YOU Children's Hospital Los Angeles!" Hamill wrote on his Facebook page.
"Feeling the pure joy & exuberance of those children up close & personal is a gift to cherish."
#6 "Star Wars signifies just that, extraordinary...
"The anticipation and irrepressible excitement radiating from our patients and families representing every generation was profound. In that moment, I think we all forgot we were in the hospital."
R2D2 was the favorite among the children.
