A TikToker has revealed the details of her high school's "big incident," which sounds oddly similar to the plot of 21 Jump Street. She was quiet and had attended parties and football games. But after one year she disappeared.
Students Of High School Caught Up In ‘Real-Life 21 Jump Street’ Drug Bust
Anna Vaus, a TikTok star, revealed a wild incident that occurred during her sophomore year – Year to us Brits– when a girl transferred to her school as a junior. But, as it turned out, not everything was as it seemed.
Anna had considered the enigmatic girl's move in the middle of the school year to be "super random" at the time. She did, however, support the girl's clarification that she had relocated.
The girl was "very quiet," according to Anna, but she had attended "a lot of parties and football games and things like that." She went to the school for a year and then mysteriously vanished as quickly as she had arrived.
Anna revealed:
A few weeks later, there was a giant drug bust at our school. She was an undercover cop! Students didn’t know. The staff didn’t know. The principal didn’t know. She was in our yearbook!
‘We got 21 Jump Street-ed, bamboozled!' Anna said, referring to the 2012 buddy cop comedy starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as two cops working undercover at a high school.
Various high jinks ensue in the film as the two adults struggle not to blow their cover when navigating the complex social world of high school.
The tale has captivated those who have watched it, with one person wondering, "Was she more Channing Tatum or Jonah Hill?"
Another compared the tale to the classic rom-com Never Been Kissed, which is about a reporter who goes undercover at a high school only to fall in love with her English teacher.
