Ageing is a natural process of life, I'm not in to the whole botox thing, I think that wrinkles are a sign of a good life, a life filled with laughter and love.

These are called worry lines for a reason, they are a sign that you are bottling up your stress. Make sure you take time each day to unwind and relax.

This is a sign that your internal organs are could be weak, the right eyebrow line is specifically associated with the liver. Eat foods that promote a healthy such as veg and sweet fruits, and whole grains.

This is connected to the spleen, of course if you suspect anything serious you should always visit your doctor to be on the safe side. Eat naturally sweet foods to promote a healthy spleen.

This could mean you are susceptible to seasonal and non-seasonal allergies. It is also linked to your libido and could mean you are experiencing a lower sex drive than normal. It could mean you should examine your sex life and see how you can spice things up in the bedroom.

The most common line on our faces, although they are a sign of a life filled with lot's of laughter, they can also be linked to bad eyesight as they can be caused from squinting at electronic devices too much.

this may be due to lack of sleep in which case just make sure you get an early night tonight, but they can also be linked to your kidney function, which can be combatted with fruits, vegetables, and plenty of fluids.

Tenderness can be a sign of digestive problems, in which case all you need to do is reevaluate your diet to make sure you are getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need. If the problem continues it's always best to go and see your doctor.

This can be a common problem but can be related to heart and circulatory system. A red-tipped nose could indicate a problem with your blood pressure. This is something you should take up with your doctor.

Hopefully this could be just a sign of too much laughter, but if it's not it could indicate a weak pancreas, promote a healthy pancreas by adding blueberries, cherries, grapes, garlic, and spinach to your diet.

This is due to smoking, my advice would be try and stop. In the mean time try eating a diet rich in root vegetables, such as squash, turnips, and carrots.

This can be an indicator of poor circulation, why not try yoga or some physical exercise to get the blood flowing again.
