When this very pregnant homeless woman from the Philippines showed up at the hospital, they turned her away.

She didn't have any money or credit, so they couldn't help her. She left and stood in front of the hospital looking confused. All of a sudden she bent over and a dramatic scene began.

When the nurses saw that this woman was going to birth her child alone, they raced to help her. Thankfully everything turned out okay: Mom and baby were exhausted, but healthy.

The video was seen by a local non-profit organisation, which offered her and her baby shelter. Despite the dramatic chain of events, there was still a happy ending. I'm in awe of this woman's strength and hope she and her newborn are doing well.
