We have all had a laugh at the expense of some girl we once knew called Teresa Green, yes they are Teresa, yes they are. My visit to America a couple of years ago was filled with a lot of laughs at my expense when I told them my name was Jilly Johnson. And Starbucks (other coffee houses do exist) have set themselves up with a fall here when it comes to names as they now insist you hand over your name every time you order your morning skinny iced latte with an extra shot; no matter how hard the spelling, or how much they mishear it, they always give it a go.
