Assistant principal Gary Logan makes it his mission to greet the kids outside of Woodrow Elementary in Conway, Arkansas with a dance and song. He says he wants ensure they have a great day at school! THIS is how you nurture and brighten a child's day.

The performer/educator has danced to the hit song 'Watch me Nae Nae,' and sings along to songs like Love Is An Open Door from every kids favorite Disney film Frozen. 'Outstanding! We can definitely do with more people like him not only in the news but in the world. Life can be tough and some days we just need to sing out loud and dance," said an online user.
