#1 Seth Green

Apparently when he was on the TV show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer he figured out the secret that keeps vampires from ever aging. Seth is 42 years old and still could play a teenager, as he has for the last 20 years now. He has a knack for being cast as the nutty teen in films and is currently voicing Chris Griffin of Family Guy as well as producing Robot Chicken for Adult Swim.

#2 Rachel McAdams

She was actually 25 years old when she played a teenager in Mean Girls. Far from being a teenager, and yet she pulled it off flawlessly. Twelve years later, at 37, she could still pass for an 18-20-year-old easily.

#3 Atticus Shaffer

Talk about playing it young! Atticus is known for playing the young son on ABC's "The Middle". He plays the youngest kid on the show Brick Heck, a strange little kid with social interaction issues. But did you know that he's now 18 years old?! Shaffer suffers from an illness called osteogenesis imperfecta aka brittle bones, that makes him look way younger than he actually is! On the series, his age is now up to 13 years old but the actor is actually about to turn 19 in real life.

#4 Jim Parsons

On the sitcom, "The Big Bang Theory". Parsons plays a nerdy physicist who is supposed to be very young and had graduated from graduate school while still a teenager. In reality, he is over 40, though he hasn't given his age out in many years. The Emmy winner, who plays Sheldon Cooper, can pass for someone 20ish, so what's he hiding? Perhaps being a character who is so intelligent, neurotic, and such a know-it-all keeps you looking super young?

#5 Elizabeth Banks

It's hard to believe, but Banks is actually 42 years old. She rose to fame playing younger girls in movies like Seabiscuit, Pitch Perfect, and The Hunger Games, where she was cast as a young girl. Still gorgeous, she opts for more sophisticated roles now but blondes seem to age more slowly than the rest of us.

#6 Elijah Wood

Elijah has one of those baby faces that makes it easy to cast him in roles much younger than he is. He started acting when he was just 7 years old and is best known for playing the hobbit, Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings films. Filming ended on those films in 2003 but he still has that boyish face at age 35.

#7 Ariana Grande

The pop singer started out as a television actress and was cast much younger than her actual age. She was cast as a character on the Nickelodeon show, Victorious and went on to eventually get her own show on the network, Sam & Cat. She then went into music, releasing a hit album in 2013 and has shown nos sign of slowing down. Of course, it helps you to look like a little girl when you wear mouse ears, pull your hair back in a ponytail, and wear kids clothing. But still, the 23-year-old can pass for 13!

#8 Vin Diesel

He was born in 1967 and has been acting since he was just 23. His roles were always those of a younger man, and yes, he is now 48 years old but looks like he may still be 23! He is mainly known for his role in the Fast and Furious franchise and The Chronicles of Riddick series. Recently, he became associated with Marvel Comics as he voiced Groot in the film, Guardians of the Galaxy. It takes a lot of charm for a bald man to pull off looking so youthful.

#9 Sandra Bullock

She was just voted Hollywoods Most Beautiful Woman and is the highest paid actress in films today. The 52-year old still looks like she did when she played the beauty contestant in 2000's Miss Congeniality. A bad marriage and motherhood have not aged this Oscar-winning actress much and she is never cast as an older woman. Most of her roles have no age definition assigned to them. Only Meryl Streep gets the same treatment in scripts.

#10 Rob Lowe

He began acting when he was actually a teen and played the same type of role for almost 25 years after. He was one of the members of the Brat Pack back in the 80's and his face hasn't aged that much since then. He is one of those men who like Dick Clark, look like they were dipped in the Fountain Of Youth. Rob Lowe is currently 52-years-old, married to Sheryl Berkoff and has two kids. Lately, we saw him play alongside Fred Savage on Fox's TV show, The Grinder.

#11 John Stamos

Another guy dipped in the Fountain Of Youth, Stamos has looked basically 18 for the last 30 years or more. He is best remembered for playing Uncle Jesse on the 80's sitcom Full House, who had a thing about keeping his hair in perfect position. Perhaps that was the secret because the 53-year-old is now in a rock band and swears it keeps him young. Yeah, right.

#12 Ralph Macchio

He still looks young for his age, but it's no secret in Hollywood that Macchio was not a kid when he played one in "The Karate Kid" movies. He was actually 26 years old. The youthful actor also starred in "Crossroads", "My Cousin Vinny", "The Outsiders", and the TV show "Eight is Enough." He hasn't been in the limelight much lately, but the 54-year old did compete on the 12th season of "Dancing With the Stars" a few years ago.

#13 Halle Berry

Of course, she has been under the knife and has some surgery done, but believe it or not, Halle is now 50! Berry first became an actress well over 20 years ago, but she's still going strong in the acting business. From movies like Cloud Atlas to the X-Men trilogy, Berry has done it all. She can easily play a woman in her 20's, and has done so recently.

#14 Johnny Depp

It's hard to say whether Depp is one of those who look younger because he always plays such wacky roles and is often covered in outlandish makeup. However, he was 24 when he played a high school teenager in FOX's "21 Jump Street" series. He passed for a teen then and he hasn't changed all that much since. His hair is longer, he's got facial hair, and he's always debuting some sort of new accessory or another. He's like a low-key Jack Sparrow but he definitely doesn't look 53!

#15 Jennifer Lopez

Her parents tried to discourage her from going into show business because they feared she would be disappointed at not being accepted for being a Latina. In 1998, J.Lo was the first Latina actress to earn over $1 million for a role in a film! Now, she is one of the must successful Latinas and certainly a busy bee, but that doesn't seem to give her wrinkles! At age 47, she is an actress, singer, author, dancer, producer, and fashion designer!

#16 Samuel L. Jackson

He isn't typically considered 'young'but Samuel certainly does not look his age and gets roles that a 40-year-old would clamor for. The 67-year-old has been in show business since 1972 and is very prolific, releasing several films every year with roles from comedy to dramatic. He has been typecast in the last few years as a badass, but for a grandfather, nobody would want to mess with him.

#17 Dylan McDermott

At 54 years of age, Dylan has been around Hollywood for over 30 years and was playing teenagers when he was in his mid-twenties. Best known of late for his stint on American Horror Story, the actor has been the star or co=star in over 35 television series and played in over 35 movies. Women refer to the youthful middle-aged man as a DILF, and with good reason. He never seems to age.

#18 Jared Leto

He claims he loves wearing his beard because underneath he has a baby face, and it's true. Yet even with the beard, he doesn't look like a 44-year-old and he still has that young rocker look he had when he was in the band, 30 Seconds to Mars. Leto won an Award Academy for his role as a transgendered woman in Dallas Buyers Club back in 2013 and is known to have some pretty impressive acting chops. Whether you loved him as the Joker in Suicide Squad or not, you have to admit he certainly made the villain look younger than previous versions!

#19 John Leguizamo

Leguizamo looks like he's in his mid-30's and is actually over 50 years old! You can try comparing his character from 1993's Carlito's Way to his role in 2014's Ride Along, but you won't see much of a difference! He pretty much always plays people in his mid-30's, and will probably keep doing that even though he just turned 52 years old.

#20 Chris Hardwick

Comedian and host of Comedy Centrals 'At Midnight", Hardwick can easily pass for a young adult, around 17-20. His boyish good looks and southern charm make him seem younger than he actually is. His quick wit makes this 41-year-old appear to be on the pulse of the younger generation, and under that scruffy facial hair, he looks baby faced.
