Mountain climbing is a passion, but it's not an easy passion to acquire, especially, when you're climbing Mt. Everest and all odds are against you. At the altitude of around 8000 meters, even breathing is a task to be done. Imagine how difficult it is to survive with chilly winds and frostbites with carrying an oxygen cylinder on back?

Many mountaineers have died on the way up to the summit of Mt. Everest, trying to achieve their dream and I find it quite inspiring because Charles Bukowski once said, "Find what you love and let it kill you because for all things will kill you, both slowly and fastly, it's much better to be killed by a lover." And, we all know that a mountaineer's first love is climbing mountains.

But their dead bodies are still lying there frozen on the way to the summit of Mt. Everest because it is impossible to recover these bodies from those tough conditions with atmospheric pressure about one-third of that at sea level.

It is so dangerous to recover these bodies, but still, some expeditions are occasionally set out to identify and cover the body to give him/her a more dignified resting place.

Let's check out these dead bodies lying on Mt. Everest and story behind their death.
