They Knew It Was A Great Catch But They Never Imagined What Was In Their Nets

#1 Another Day Another Fish

A group of fishermen had just finished their daily work, when they saw that their nets had caught a huge fish that they were not expecting! They had hoped this day would yield enough fish to support their family's and to catch large enough fish to sell at market.

#2 Unloading The Days Haul

When the nets came in, they'd caught an extremely large amount of fish, and were happy with the days work as they cleaned out the nets to prepare them for the next day's fishing.

#3 They Noticed Something Unusual

But it was while unloading the days catch, they noticed something unusual caught in the net that they did not recognize at first.. Everyone on the boat is amazed and has no idea what it is. They are all eager to find out what got caught in the net by accident.

#4 It's A Shark

It was a shark! It was estimated to be over 100 years old, and about 13 feet in length. No one expected this, especially because it has weird albino marks on its skin. It is probably more than 20 feet long.

#5 Accidental Capture

Of course, they were not fishing for a shark when they set out for the day, so this haul came as a total shock to the fishermen. They almost could not maneuver the beast, as it weighed over 650 pounds.

#6 It's A Keeper

Though the shark and it's meat will bring in top dollar in the marketplace, many people are outraged at the fisherman for taking the life of the shark and not placing it back in the water!

"We weren't looking for giant shark. We fish seven days a week, every week of the year. This is our first catch like this. We will get paid enough money for this creature to keep us all going for six to ten months. Good catch," said the lead fisherman as he posed with his big catch.
