James Van Der Beek - Dawson Leery
James Van Der Beek played the lead role, Dawson Leery. His whole group of friends on the show seemed to center around him. Since the show, he has stayed busy as an actor. He starred in Varsity Blues and had some TV roles in Ugly Betty, How I Met Your Mother, CSI: Cyber, and Criminal Minds.
Katie Holmes - Joey Potter
After Dawson's Creek, Holmes had a lot of success in the movies and was really making a name for herself before marrying Tom Cruise and giving birth to their daughter, Siri. She made a big screen comeback in Batman Begins and portrayed Jackie Kennedy in The Kennedys and The Kennedys: Decline and Fall. She also made her directorial debut with All We Had in 2016.

Joshua Jackson - Pacey Witter
One of the show's most prolific cast members was Joshua Jackson. He did not have a whole lot of success after the show.
