#1 Hopelessly Devoted To You

The ballad "Hopelessly Devoted To You" was filmed after all production had ended in order to give Sandy a solo, and it was the only song that was nominated for an Oscar.

#2 Carrie Fisher As Sandy

Carrie Fisher was originally considered to play the role of Sandy when the George Lucas' roommate, the Grease director saw her in the battle scene in Star Wars, Episode IV: A New Hope. Llater decided that she wasn't the right fit.

Jaime Donnelly's gray hair was dyed black in order to film Grease.

Coca Cola was to appear in the movie as a product placement deal, but it fell through after production was wrapped, causing editors to blur out any images in the film.Grease had a product placement agreement with Coca-Cola. It fell through too late in the production process and any products that would have appeared in the films were blurred out.
