Milk and other dairy products are undoubtedly healthy for our body but you must consume it sparingly while you are bleeding. It’s because it contains arachidonic acid which causes cramps.

#2 You should not watch depressing movies

Since PMS already creates a disastrous situation for the people around you and induces emotional changes, you already feel low and watching something depressing will be an add on to your dullness.

#3 You should not wax your body

During the periods, estrogen levels are low which can cause more pain while waxing than other usual days.

#4 You should not skip gym

It is a sure thing that cramps don’t allow you to sneak out of your bed, but your body requires some light exercises. So avoid ignorance towards the gym and do some less stressful workout.

Some women often freak out about their hygiene and spend half of the day cleaning themselves, but this might kill the good bacterias. So ladies calm down!

Resisting junk food is the last thing you want to do, but you must avoid fast food while on your period, it will only increase your cramps. Rather prefer a homemade healthy meal.
