Jens Dalsgaard is a 31-year-old man who is known as The Beast because of his looks and what he does in life. He has big body and eats about 5,500 calories worth of food every single day.

You might wonder why Jens wanted to look so big and scary? Well, he was inspired by cartoon villains when he was young.

#3 Death of His Mother

When his mother died while Jens was still young, he became stressed and his personality changed. He was eventually sent to jail for four years for being part of a gang and committing a crime.

#4 Turning Life Around

After getting out of jail, Jens wanted to not waste his life anymore by doing bad things. Instead, he started working out extensively and to get tattoos that will inspire him to keep going in life. Also, her beautiful girlfriend Frederikke is there with him. It's Beauty and the Beast, indeed.

Even though Jens the Beast already has 40 tattoos all over his body and his face, he wants to do more and live the best life he can possibly have. He currently weighs 20 stone and has a staggering 56-inch chest. He's basically a 5-foot-10-inch kind monster.

Because of his unusual appearance, he became viral. Moreover, Jens the Beast sought help from his brother to get the Mauri-inspired tattoos. Currently, he only has three tattoos on his leg and one on his stomach. Obviously, he plans to have more.

Jens is the guy on the left. He obviously has transformed so much, now that he's incredibly strong. This was when he was still just 16 years old. He started bodybuilding when he was 18.
