Going grey sucks! If you are like most you quickly turn to the plethora of hair dyes out there. But there is another option.
#2
It's coconut oil. This can actually solve a lot of hair issues for both men and women.

Coconut oil serves as an antioxidant and a disinfectant, while having a deep effect on the scalp. Many hair treatment and silicone shampoos just sit on top of your hair, where coconut oil gets to the root of the problem, literally. Now for the grey. It can protect the follicles of your hair, specifically the ones that control the color change.

What about dandruff? Since minor fungal infections are the cause of dandruff, and coconut oil has natural anti-fungal properties, it can be used to combat dandruff. It also has healthy fats, and vitamins, which encourage strong hair growth while fighting off hair loss. You can cure your damaged and frizzy split ended locks by coconut oil as well!

Are you sold on coconut oil yet? Good, because it's very easy to implement and you can let it do it's magic overnight. Take some virgin coconut oil and put it into a bowl, then place that bowl into a larger bowl filled with hot water. Now let it sit. Massage the oil into your scalp once the oil is liquidized. Wrap your head up in a towel. Allow it to soak like this overnight. For fractionated coconut oil just apply it directly to the hair and leave in for 15-30 minutes, before washing out with shampoo.

Here is some user feedback on what they do:
"This works great!!! I wash my hair put in enuf oil to cover all the hair and scalp. As it sits it will get softer. I wrap my hair up in a messy bun then put a towel on my pillow wake up in the morning and wash out. If you have very dry hair you can rub very little on ends of hair and style as usual. Buy Unrefined cold pressed organic. Not the cheep stuff in the cooking isle that taste like lard you want the stuff that taste like the center of an almond joy. It's also good in hot coco and in tea. I also put it on my skin when I get out of the shower. Helps with age spots:)"
