#1 If you don’t want to take an exam, feigning illness is perhaps the best way to get out of it..

First you have to lay the foundations, start coughing frequently, start sniffling, maybe subtly hint that you think you might be coming down with something.

#2 Kind of like that.

Then, you have to "prove" that you're actually ill. Maybe put on a weak, pathetic kind of voice when you call in sick, or forge a note from a parent/guardian saying you're not fit to be examined..

#3 Send a picture to your professor, pretending to be in hospital, with what is clearly a macbook charger as a “drip”.
