#1 Lauren's eyes go in opposite directions after the accident !

Her medical bills had cost her a whooping $300,000. Attorney Brian Kabateck asserted that the death of 16-year-old Mason Zisette last year on a privately rented Starline bus persuaded Guerra to take legal action.

#2 The Careless Attitude !

Guerra claims that she, along with other passengers, didn't get any safety warnings about going on the upper deck, and that no Starline staff was on the bus to administer the party. "Towards the end of the trip, people were ducking from branches and trees, while the driver was going 45 miles per hour," Kabateck remembers the incident.

#3 Private chartered bus

The bus was, during both the mishaps, privately hired, and had a lack of staff for ensuring the passenger's security.

#4 Mason Zisette, another victim of recklessness

Guerra sued Starline just days after Zisette died when his head was thumped by a skyway as he stood on the upper deck of the bus and it rolled down the 405 freeway.
