The 20-year-old from Florida has a tongue so freakishly long she can not only lick her elbow, but also her eye. And her ear. And the tip of her nose. Oh, and up both nostrils (though not at the same time that'd just be weird).

Blanco's tongue is thought to be about four inches long. To put that in perspective, that's longer than Gene Simmons' tongue, and possibly longer than the current world record length.

The current Guinness record is held by Nick Stoeberl, a 26-year-old from California. His tongue measures 3.97 inches from its tip to the middle of the closed top lip, according to the Telegraph.
