TikToker Leah Smith has died following her diagnosis with a rare form of bone cancer, her boyfriend has announced.
Her boyfriend broke the sad news to her followers.
At just 22 years old, Leah had built a significant presence on TikTok, sharing her fight against cancer with followers.
From Woolton, Merseyside, she was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare cancer affecting bones and soft tissues, five years prior to her passing.
Leah's journey came to an end on the morning of March 11, around 11:30. Her boyfriend, Andrew, took to TikTok to announce her departure from this world.
In his heartfelt video message, Andrew expressed his gratitude towards everyone who supported Leah.
"This is just a message to anyone that's followed Leah or gave her any support or any nice comments," he shared.
"I'm sad to say that she passed away today at around 11.30 this morning. I just want to say thank you to everyone."
"All your comments did help - she did actually read all of them. Anyone who said anything nice ever - it means more than you realize."
"We'll all miss Leah but we'll make sure that we never forget her. I want to see everyone speaking about Leah and how amazing she is and how much she helped everyone."

On March 11, Leah's friend Vikki gave an update on her condition through a video.
Overlaying a photo of Leah, the message read:
"Hey everyone. I think it's time for a real update as me and Leah's mum have been talking and we know Leah shares every detail with yous and that is what she would want."
"Leah is on end of life now and is unable to move or talk, but she is reacting to us with noises and knows we are there."

"The main thing is, is that Leah is so peaceful now, she looks as beautiful as ever and we're just grateful we can be at her bedside and hold her hand to comfort her through it."
Vikki further shared in the comments that Leah's room was adorned with sunflowers and filled with pictures and memories, ensuring Leah was in a comfortable and peaceful space.
Following the news of Leah's passing, her TikTok page was inundated with heartfelt condolences and memories shared by those touched by her story.
