Both the dog and the mysterious object seemed to be in a hurry that day
British Man Filming Dog Playing Fetch Accidentally Captures What Could Be A UFO In The Sky
A man from the UK ended up catching something far more surprising than he expected while filming his dog enjoying a game of fetch.
In what was meant to be a simple, lighthearted video of his pet playing at a beautiful spot in England, he appears to have recorded what might be a UFO streaking across the sky, according to reports.
Andrew Clifton, 40, had been tossing a frisbee for his energetic Labrador named Dash, who is 5 years old, during a visit to Malvern Hills near Worcester on August 2.
As Dash ran for the frisbee, a strange object briefly flashed across the cloudy sky, Gloucestershire Live reported.
When the footage is watched at normal speed, the object is barely noticeable — just a quick flicker beneath the clouds that vanishes almost instantly.
It appears for less than a second and is hardly visible without slowing the video down.
However, in a slow-motion replay, the mysterious object takes on a clearer form.
It looks long and tube-like, with a missile-shaped body and what seems to be a bluish cap at its rear end.
The video has since been shared in a popular UFO Facebook group as well as on X (formerly Twitter), where it has racked up more than 7 million views, according to SWNS.
While some viewers are convinced the object could be proof of alien technology, Clifton himself suggested another possibility.
He believes it might be linked to a high-tech military experiment or advanced aircraft, SWNS reported.
Interestingly, the Royal Air Force operates a base not far from the Malvern Hills area, in the town of Worcester, adding another layer of curiosity to the sighting.
