It takes a great amount of effort for some people to unlearn or abstain themselves from practicing the basic social etiquette, which can earn them some friends, a clique to hang out with or friendly acquaintances for that matter.
Here are some unspoken rules of social etiquette, we should try to follow
#1 Not talking loudly on the phone in theaters
No one's interested in knowing what you've been upto.
#2 Avoid talking with a mouthful of food
Geez, who wants to see that half-chewed food?
#3 Patience is the key.
Wait for the people to exit the elevator or a bus before you enter. It not only shows your meekness but also sets you apart as a gentle human being.
#4 Offering seat to the elderly person/ pregnant women/ disabled people
#5 Anything borrowed should be returned as quickly as possible
#6 Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
#7 Do not scratch your crotch in public
Ladies and gentlemen, please.
#8 Respect buffer zone
Give some space peeps.
#9 Do not peep at someone else’s computer
It's extremely annoying when people do that.
#10 Practice saying “Thank You”
It doesn't cost a thing.
#11 Be kinder than necessary
For everyone you meet, is fighting a battle for their own.
#12 Never forget the one who showed you the path.
Always remember to show gratitude towards the person who showed you the direction to your destination. Don't just walk away, be nice instead!
#13 Keep your conversations to yourself.
#14 Put things back where you found them.
#15 Don't show outrage in public.
Never express your dissatisfaction by clicking your tongue or doing anything such while in public. Have the courage to say it to the person who is causing inconvenience.
#16 Just look at it and give it back. Do not swipe left or right on someone’s phone
