Waffle House Employee Written Up For ‘Emotional Instability’
A Waffle House employee was shocked to discover that she had been written up for ‘emotional instability’.

The paper also mentioned that it was a ‘final write-up’ or a final warning when @Gingerbren claimed this was the very first time she had ever been written up.
“Just got written up for emotional instability? is this even legal…?”
In a later interview with The Daily Dot she revealed that she had been written up for having a disagreement with her manager.
She said that the write-up made it seem like she threw a tantrum when that was not the case.
“She makes it seem like I threw a tantrum and I would NEVER at work.”
“Manager basically wanted to implement a policy I found confusing, I spoke an opposing opinion only to reach clarification. problem was it was in front of staff, she labeled it as a breakdown/instability and creating negativity.”
“I basically offered another solution to better understand where she was coming from. it felt like she wanted no questioning, no thoughts just do.”
