Beans are rich in certain carbohydrates which are indigestible and once it reaches large intestines, the bacteria thrive on it leading to foul smell when you defecate.

#2 Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts and Cabbage

Cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbage are said to rich in sulphur. Due to poor digestion, sulphur breaks downs into hydrogen sulphite in colon and this leads to bad smell. Another active ingredient in these foods is raffinose which causes bacterial fermentation and causes the smell when you defecate.

Meat gets decayed in the intestines especially if it is under cooked. The protein in the meat causes a bacterial breakdown leading foul smell. Hence ensure wash and cook meat thoroughly before eating. Also do not chop vegetables and meat on same chopping board as this spreads the bacteria on to vegetables.

Eggs contain sulphur and in process if digestion, the sulphur breaks down into hydrogen sulphide which leads to foul smell in your colon and digestive system.
