Oh, the 90s. Us millennials are totally into this decade and we feel sad on a daily basis that it’s no longer this time period. How can we possibly get over wanting to wear plaid shirts all the time and re-watch Beverly Hills, 90210 and just generally live in a simpler time? We can’t. That’s the answer. We just can’t. When we’re getting nostalgic for the 1990s, we also remember that this time had another thing going for it: really, really hot actresses.
While some of their hairstyles and outfits might scream “DATED!” and seem like they would never work today, we still love these lovely ladies. They starred in cheesy but fun TV shows and some of our favorite movies that we still love and watch today. From Denise Richards to Tori Spelling to Tiffani Amber Thiessen and Sharon Stone, we ranked the steamiest pics of the hottest 90s women. Get ready!
#1 Sexy Number
While today we might think of Denise Richards as Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife since that’s what she is known for these days, she was an actress in her own right back in the 1990s. And, yes, she’s smoking hot, which we can see from this photo.
This is a screenshot from the 1998 film Wild Things which Denise starred in. If you’ve never seen this movie, then you should know that there’s a wild scene and that’s basically what got Denise so much attention. Oh yeah, and there’s also a big scandal, since her character wants to date the guidance counselor and makes up a lie about him when she doesn’t get her way. Or is it a lie?! Yup, it’s a pretty dramatic movie. And Denise looks amazing the whole time.
#2 Red Hot
Tori Spelling is known as a mom of five kids and for having a marriage full of ups and downs, but back in the 90s, she was Donna Martin on Beverly Hills, 90210 and looked really adorable.
She looks red hot in this photo since she’s not only wearing a bright red dress (and that cherry red shade is always thought of as attractive) but she’s got the hair to match. She might have blonde hair today but this red color really works for her. She’s got a super sweet and innocent vibe going on here, which makes her look even better, since that’s just the way that it goes. She’s also looking at the camera as if to say, “Wait, are you looking at me?!” Yup, we’re looking at her, and we can’t help it.
#3 All About That 90s Vibe
Remember Kelly Kapowski?! She was only the hottest girl at school and the object of Zach Morris’s affection on Saved By The Bell. Of course, the actress who played her, Tiffani Amber Theissen, was no slouch, either, and as we can see from this picture, she really was a hot 90s actress.
Tiffani’s wearing a totally classic 90s outfit here: mom jeans (as in super baggy jeans), a big belt, and what is essentially a strapless bra but what she is wearing as if it’s a tube top or crop top. It works. Because it’s so 90s. This is just what people wore. If this reminds you of an 80s look, then you’re totally right because some of the outfits from the 80s moved into the next decade as well. Tiffani is so good-looking since she’s not too thin and she just looks like a normal girl (but so, so, so pretty).
#4 Let Your Body Talk
We know Jennie Garth as Kelly on Beverly Hills, 90210, and she wore lots of baggy, high-waisted jeans and short, tight dresses for that role. This photo is so great since it’s a much girlier, softer, lovelier look.
The actress has got some kind of ballerina vibe here and it works really well. You can tell that she’s got a great body and that she’s toned, but she’s not showing too much skin, so she keeps it classy. She honestly looks like the hottest girl in any high school, the Prom Queen, the Homecoming Queen, the one that every guy wants to make his girlfriend. Back in the 90s, you could totally leave the house with your curls super wet from the shower and it was cool. You looked amazing. You didn’t have to spend hours using a hairdryer (and getting hot AF) or wonder that people would think that you were too lazy to do your hair properly. Nope. It was the 90s and it was glorious. See what we mean when we say that we miss that time?!

Here’s another hot photo of Sharon Stone. This is automatically hot since it seems like she’s not exactly wearing any clothes. She looks really happy and healthy, which is a look that is always in style.
Sharon is either wearing no makeup in this shot or the kind of makeup that women wear to look like they’ve got a totally bare face. That might make zero sense to guys, because why would we wear makeup to look like we’ve got nothing on, but to us ladies, it makes perfect sense. It’s just a thing that we do. We don’t care if it doesn’t seem logical. We just do it. She also proves that if we leave our eyebrows bushy and natural, we’re going to look really good. We’re going to vow to stop over plucking and just remember how hot Sharon Stone looked here.

Demi Moore is another actress who got really famous in the 90s and has kept her fame going to this day. She may be known for her love life: she is on good terms with her ex-husband Bruce Willis and goes on family vacations with him, and then she married and divorced Ashton Kutcher.
In the 90s, though, she was looking hot and wearing plaid shirts (and nothing else), like in this photo. See how 90’s it is? Look at that plaid. We love it. She’s got her gorgeous dark brown hair in a loose side braid, which is something else that we adore since that’s the best lazy girl hairstyle ever. As you can see, she really hasn’t aged a day since then, and really looks the same.

There are two ways to look hot AF: be super obvious and wear something revealing that shows off our best assets, or look sweet and innocent like Demi Moore does in this photo.
Both work really well and this is an example of how the girly look can be pretty mysterious. It’s not as obvious so it makes people wonder what’s going on and what that girl is thinking. Demi is wearing a pretty white dress and staring into the camera while biting her nail. It’s like she’s looking at her love interest and asking, “Do you like me? What do you think? Is this happening or what?” We know two things from this photo: Demi Moore will always be super hot and we really want this dress. It’s totally still in style today.

Donna Martin and David Silver are an iconic TV couple and it was pretty surprising for fans when they first got together on Beverly Hills, 90210. After all, at the beginning of the show, he was a big nerd and she was part of the cool crowd. Thankfully, they realized that they were meant to be, and ended up together. Let’s ignore the reboot where they supposedly got divorced.
This is probably a press shot for the show since it’s got both Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green (who we totally know as Mr. Megan Fox these days). Tori looks really great and is the total picture of California girl cool in jean shorts and a red and white checked bikini top. She looks really young and beautiful.

Julia Roberts took a long break from acting to raise her kids and focus on her family, and everyone really missed her since she was totally the darling actress of the 90s. From My Best Friend’s Wedding to Notting Hill to Runaway Bride, we’ve loved watching her in tons of romantic comedies.
It’s no secret that she has a killer smile that could melt any guy’s heart. Yup, even a guy who thinks that he’s a total bad boy and could never be a nice person. Even him. Julia looks so pretty here in this red turtleneck and with her trademark huge curly red hair. Her hair is just incredible. It’s like nothing we have ever seen before. Songs and poems should be written about this hair. Seriously.
#11 Hello There!
While Julia Roberts has a girl next door reputation in terms of some of the rom-com roles she has taken on, she can also be really sexy, and that’s never more clear than in this picture.
She’s got super straight hair and is wearing a black dress with some lacey floral design on it. It looks more like lingerie than a dress, which is what makes it so hot. She’s got her hair parted on one side and it’s hanging casually over one shoulder, which just proves that she’s so cool. She’s grinning big, which is her signature. We never really see Julia Roberts without a massive smile on her face. She’s just a happy girl and we love that about her. It’s really her best accessory.
#12 Wet Wet Wild
This is another screenshot from Denise Richard’s movie Wild Things, and it just proves why that movie made such a stir. While we might have been too young to know this at the time, people definitely talked about this movie and its really sexy scenes. Just look at the title. It doesn’t sound like a tame story, does it?! Nope. Definitely not.
There’s not much that most guys find hotter than when a girl is in a wet t-shirt… or a wet bathing suit… or any kind of bathing suit, really. So, automatically, Denise looks great here. She’s also pretty, um, well-endowed. Or at least that’s the look that they were going for in the film. We don’t really know her actual cup size. But that definitely adds to the hotness factor.
#13 High Rise
Tiffani Amber Theissen looks amazing here in a super 90’s way. She’s wearing a one-piece bathing suit that is incredibly high-cut. Like incredibly. This is not a look that is all that fashionable today in 2017, but it does create some definition in her legs, so maybe we should think about bringing it back. Hmmm…
Tiffani’s got a big smile on her face and looks really at home in this swimsuit on the beach. Which makes sense since there were some Saved By The Bell episodes that took place at a beach club one summer. Yup, we loved those and totally watched them. Of course we did. She looks like a hot lifeguard here, and we’re sure there are lots of guys who would love to be rescued by her.
#14 Nailed It
High-waisted jeans were a serious thing in the 90’s. Tiffani has upped the hotness factor here. Yeah, she’s wearing jeans, but she’s also wearing a blouse that is open and reveals her lacy white bra.
This look really works on her since she’s not being too revealing but she’s still proving how beautiful she is. That’s really the best way to go. Tiffani is also wearing big hoop earrings, which were totally all the rage back then (and we all probably started wearing those once we hit our pre-teen years since we thought that we were so cool). Her makeup and hair look good, too, but we would obviously expect that from her. She always looks great and this is just one of those times. No wonder she got hired on Saved By The Bell and, later, became a star on Beverly Hills, 90210.
#15 Woke Up Like This
Finally, we have another hot photo of Denise Richards, and this one is really perfection.
She’s lying down on her stomach so you can tell that she’s only wearing a pair of underwear and a long-sleeved top, but you can’t see her stomach so it’s still pretty classy and elegant. We love her hair here since it’s really that perfect golden color in-between blonde and brunette. This was a classic hair color back in the 90’s and we saw it on actresses all the time. She’s also wearing great makeup that was clearly expertly applied since it’s not too much or too obvious. Yup, she was hot back then, and she’s still hot now. And if any of us haven’t seen Wild Things, we should probably put it on our list.
