#1 After A Pedicure He Found A Huge Infection Under His Big Toenail
He discovers a painful boil on his toe. But nothing is as disgusting as what comes out of it and how he reacts. After a botched pedicure, this man ends up with a terrible infection in his big toe. At the end of a long day, he takes his sock off to find a large and very painful boil that is filled with yucky puss.
#2 He Can Barely Contain His Pleasure
The infection is clearly visible under his sparkly groomed pedicure and it has begun to abscess and form a large pocket around the toenail. In order to get some relief, he scrapes off the nail polish and gets thoroughly excited at the idea of stabbing the infected blister. He grabs something to pop it and turns on his camera for something I'm not sure is medical or sexual in nature.

While the video is quite disgusting and gross, the painted toe man gets a freakish pleasure out of stabbing his boil and watching the poison ooze out. As he pokes at it and it splatters into the air, he says "Oh it feels so good. I'm gonna cry it's so beautiful." He then explains that the gummy poison that squirted all over his foot is "the money shot."
