What It Would Look Like If We Had Instagram Back In The 1970's

#1 People document EVERYTHING they do on social media. But believe it or not, people actually lived before we had the internet.

Back in the 1970's nobody even had a clue that one day everyone would be connected by something called the internet, let alone by social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. But what if we had the technology back then? Well, you might see some Instagram profiles and posts like the following...

#2 Instead of posting our imoji's to express our thoughts, we would share how we felt as determined by our Mood Rings.

#3 Everybody would argue over which "Angel" was the hottest, and of course, Farrah would always come out on top.

#4 We would document our frustration about waiting in long lines for gas while using our phones in our cars without fear of getting ticketed.

#5 Of course, it would still be Instagram, so we would definitely be sharing our groovy pictures of our lunch, dinner and snacks.

#6 'Throwback Thursdays' would be much further 'back' than they are now.

#7 Celebrity selfies and promotion would still be a big thing, and so would hashtags, but they wouldn't be as raunchy as they are today. #NoMiley

#8 The biggest events of the decade, like the 200th birthday of our country, would be documented on everyone's Instagram account.

#9 Celebrities would have a chance to connect with their fans and let the world know about it. They'd also delete, delete, delete!

#10 And like of course, we would show the entire internet just how much fun the awesome 70's were! I mean, like, totally!
