How many times have you watched a movie and wondered to yourself what it would be like to live in that world? You know you've always wanted to know. The sad reality is that most of the worlds we see in movies are generated with computers. Sure they look awesome but it's kind of a bummer when you think about it. Almost every movie you watch doesn't look nearly as cool without the computer graphics used to enhance the scenery. You probably don't even realize just how much of the world you are seeing isn't actually real. The CGI has become so sophisticated that you really can't tell. The video clip that you are going to see will show you just how different things look behind the scenes of that blockbuster you went to see.
Even a movie like Life of Pi is full of snazzy effects. The entire film was actually made in front of a blue screen. That's right, the entire epic set on the high seas was no closer to the ocean than you are right now reading this article. The tiger was fake too. Well, except during close-ups. That was a real tiger.

You would think that a movie like Wolf of Wall Street wouldn't require any CGI but you couldn't be more wrong. Every exotic location that the characters were filmed in was actually computer generated. CGI was also used to make the beach houses that the characters visited look cooler too. The random lion walking around a house was totally fake as well.
Common sense would tell you that 2015's Jurassic World was obviously full of CGI. I mean dinosaurs are kind of extinct right? While that is true, I bet you couldn't have ever guessed that film was full of men dressed completely in dinosaur costumes. Yeah, that's just another cool trick you will see when you watch the video.

Where they didn't use men in dino suits, the actors had to pretend like they were being attacked by hoards of dinosaurs. That's got to make you appreciate the amount of skill these actors have in putting forth a convincing performance.
