On April 18, a lady in her twenties would exit the last set of doors of the Moscow-Pushkino electric train at Yaroslavsky railway station when the doors slammed shut on her left leg.

Footage shows the woman stumbling as the doors close on her leg, trapping her. She slams the doors open in a desperate attempt.

At least six bystanders see what's going on and rush over to help.

They frantically paw at the train doors, attempting to get the woman out.

But they cannot release her, and as the train moves away, one of the guys attempting to rescue her gets dragged and falls over the lady.

The stranded woman is being dragged hopelessly down the platform while other witnesses try to get the attention of someone who can stop the train.

According to Interfax, footage cuts out before the woman gets her leg out of the train, and she was subsequently discovered on the tracks by emergency services.
