Woman Shoots Husband Claiming ‘He Deserved It’ After Allegedly Finding Him With Another Woman

In Texas, a woman has been arrested for allegedly shooting her husband.

Stephanie Arevalo, 34, has strongly reaffirmed her actions, declaring that he "deserved it" when she shot him.

Arevalo made the call to the police herself, leading to her arrest by the Bryan Police Department after she injured her husband with a gun.

Arevalo, showing no regret, openly admitted to the police that she knew she would likely end up in jail because of her actions.

The injured husband was treated for non life-threatening injuries.

He was then released from a hospital close to where the shooting occurred.

During the heated moment, Arevalo also made threats to shoot the woman her husband was with.

However, she did not go through with this threat.

The incident took place on the 4500 block of Woodbend Drive, which is nestled between Conquest Circle and Creekwood Drive in Bryan, Texas.

After calling the police on herself, Arevalo was detained and taken to the Brazos County Sheriff's Office.

She was subsequently charged with Aggravated Assault/Family Violence with a Deadly Weapon and was released on bond two days following her arrest.

She is now waiting for a court date to be set, which has not been scheduled yet.

It has been reported that Arevalo caught her husband in the act with another woman.

She continued, "Discovering these maps was the clue that confirmed my suspicions about their relationship — and the rest is history."

Megan observed that he repeatedly visited the same location. Eventually, she pieced everything together and realized it was indeed evidence of an affair.
