#2 Trying to open it
In order to take it out, they first need to cut their way into the salivary gland.

#3 Getting there
Once they opened the gland, they noticed a huge stone inside of it. Time to take it out!
#4 Popping it out
They tried to push the stone out, but it broke in half. That thing is almost as big as a tooth!

With the help of a suction unit, the remaining piece is taken out. I honestly feel good for this guy!
