You Won't Belive Why This Criminal Dyed Her Hair Pink And Got A Tattoo--This Is Just Too Crazy!
#1 36 year old Tracy Capp had gone all out.
She dyed her hair a bright shade of pink, put in colored contact lenses, and got a large dragon tatooed on the side of her face.
Needless to say, she looked completely different. Normally conservative in her appearance she suddenly looked like a bit of a wild child. She changed her physical appearance in order to evade police.
Anthony Bertagna of the Santa Ana Police Department said that ‘this was a case that we have been working nonstop...she knew we were looking for her.'
#2 The police received a tip that she was using a stolen vehicle and was living in a southeast part of the city.
So police put the area under surveillance and when they caught sight of the suspect leaving her home they tried pulling her over.
But Tracy Capp sped away and led police on chase until she finally stopped and started running from her stolen car. Law enforcement released the police dogs and she was soon apprehended. Tracy Capp knew exactly why she was being arrested although she'd been trying to avoid capture, she had a feeling she'd eventually be caught and that's why she went to the lengths she did in order to change her appearance.
#3 Authorities knew that Tracy Capp was involved in a hit-and-run that took place last month in April 2016.
A black four door BMW had run a red light and killed 26 year old Chris Chavez. But luckily a witness had been present and taken a picture of the woman driving the vehicle and also glanced at her face.
Tracy Capp was taken to the hospital for injuries and an officer says that she'll likely be ‘booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, vehicular manslaughter, felony reckless evading of police and battery on a police officer.'
#4 Chris Chavez, the victim in the hit-and-run was a drum-line victim at Saddleback High School.
