#7 Treatment for the whole bedroom

After washing the bedding, vacuum the mattress and apply this special mixture to your mattress:

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Powdered laundry detergent

2 Tbsp Disinfectant

500 ml Water

Procedure:

Mix the three ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

Spray the mixture directly on the surface of the mattress.

The best time to do this is in the morning, so there is enough time for it to really soak in and dry before you go to sleep.

For a whole week, Repeat this step everyday and make sure you also take care of hatching eggs left behind.

And finished.

#8 Be patient!

You won't be able to kill all the bugs in first attempt, you have to repeat your attacks to finally get rid of them. So you have to be persistent and need 4 to 5 treatments.

They can live for about 3 months or longer period of time without food (means our blood)

You should also not be a bug spreader...So stop sleeping anywhere else but your own bed. If you must have to travel, buy a new bag and pack it outside the house, using clothing that has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected for bugs.
