Anthony Loffredo is the man who has undergone extreme procedures and extensive tattoos to transform him into a 'Black Alien.'
The man now speaks about the shocking reaction he faces from people as a result of his extreme body modification.
Apparently, the world has not accepted the French man's makeover and Anthony reveals the way people react and judge him, some going as far as shouting at him and running away from him in the street.
On an episode of Spanish podcast Club 113, Anthony explained people often have an 'interesting' reaction to how he looks.
He said: "I’m human. There’s people who think I’m just crazy.
"There’s people, who when they see me, shout and run and many things."

On his Instagram, Anthony has shared his different looks with his followers.
One image shows someone wide-eyed, their jaw having dropped open, pausing eating their food to stop and stare.
Another post is a video of Anthony walking through crowded streets, with two women caught on camera upping their pace as they pass by him.
The French man has even shared footage of Nana Rosi reacting to 'the Black alien'.
Apart from all this reaction, Anthony says he doesn't 'like playing with people' and goes out of his way to try and make others feel more comfortable.
"I think it’s dangerous to not try to do that.
"At night when I go past people in the street, I move to the other side.
"When I cross with people, like old people, I change sides in the street. Also with kids I’m careful. I know it can be a shock," he said.
Anthony has documented his journey to becoming a 'Black Alien' via Instagram, having amassed an impressive following of more than a million users.
Apart from the dark tattoos that cover most parts of his body, Anthony has also had his tongue modified so it is split in two.
He has also had implants installed under the skin on his head and arms, and his eyeballs are tattooed.
The Black Alien is also planning to have his penis split in half.

Apart from facing extreme reactions from people over his appearance, Anthony shares that he has faced a fair share of difficulties in getting accepted by his family, but despite all the struggle, he has no regrets over his transformation.
He resolved: "Yeah, I play with my health. I usually treat my own body really hard. But I still think and say to myself, people can die of anything. Like you could be run over by a car, you could have a stroke…
"So you know, life, it’s just luck."
