She revealed in a recent story how much stronger she has felt since gaining weight and quitting stressing about eating. Danielle posted images of her figure before and after to demonstrate the transformation. She previously was obsessed with being thin, but now she understands that eating healthy can actually make you stronger.

She urged her followers that happiness shouldn't be dependent on the weight on a scale, despite the fact that bodies change throughout time. She spoke candidly about overcoming her eating condition and stressed the need of realising that you won't always have the same body you did when you were younger. Since putting on weight, the online coach claimed, she has raised her "happiness" and "strength."

"You can't expect to have the same stomach as you did when you were younger," Danielle wrote on Instagram. "One reason is because your body is actually storing more fat to protect your reproductive organs. "Your body is literally preparing you for childbearing! "I use to always look back on this photo from when I was younger, and wish I had the same toned abs and lean figure. "But it’s just not achievable for me while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

"Now, I don’t look back on photos because my body is exactly where it is now and it’s where it needs to be. "My abs don’t define me. My worth doesn’t decrease because I have more fat on my body. "I’ve actually gained strength, happiness, confidence and I feel more womanly and empowered! "I’m even on a weight gain journey now and I’m excited to grow even more.

"The photo on the left was when I started noticing ED behaviours arising, and I had this huge pressure to look a certain way thinking my body was the only thing that made me attractive. Fast forward to now, I know WHO I am is what makes me me, not my body!"

"When you find yourself comparing your now body to your younger body – just stop. "You’re here now, don’t look back, only look forward at all the brightness to come." Over 3,000 people have liked the post since Danielle posted it. She received comments from about 50 people, many of whom praised her beauty.

One person said: "You're my favourite person to follow. Beautiful person inside and out."

A second added: "I prefer the new picture. Your curves look way more interesting, and you're very pretty. "You're doing great."

Meanwhile, a third person commented: "Thanks so much – this is what I needed to see today."
