'I'm A Trophy Husband With 3 Wives — They Work While I Stay Home'

A man who refers to himself as a "trophy husband" has just come out to reveal that he is jobless and has three wives.

Nicholas Davis, a father of two children who lives in a polyamorous family, likens his situation to that of a king on a chessboard, explaining that he does not have a job since "the king doesn't move around much" while the queens hold all of the power in the household.

In the meantime, each of his three wives, April, Danielle, and Jennifer, are employed full-time in their respective fields.

Nick originally became romantically involved with April while they were both students at the same university 15 years ago.

After nine years of marriage, the couple welcomed Jennifer into their family.

"It’s nice to have helping hands with my husband”

April, who is 38 years old, adds that she is content with the fact that additional women are in the relationship to fulfil Nick's "needs."

This may sound strange to some people.

“Nick’s a lot to handle. Let’s just say that… in a lot of ways. Nick is a lot to handle in the bed,” she told TLC’s “Seeking Sister Wife” program.

“Nick’s a lot to handle in general with his personality. It’s nice to be able to have helping hands.”

April, whose husband is now 39 years old, was the one who initially introduced her husband to Jennifer, who is now 25 years old but was only 19 when they met.

April believed that Jennifer would be an excellent addition to their family.

“It just became evident to me that she was a great person, there was a lot of high intellect in that big brain of hers and I knew that Nick would find her attractive,” April shared.

Nick revealed that throughout the night he like to be "snuggled up in the middle" of his wives, but that they always engage in sexual activity in a different room of the house with each one of his wives.

In the episode of "Seeking Sister Wife" from the previous year, the polyamorous family introduced 22-year-old Danielle as the newest member of their family unit.

Nick declared that he was "living the dream" as he committed himself to Danielle during their wedding ceremony, which his first and second spouses attended.

“Having three wives, knowing that we’ve all solidified our union and brought it together like we have, it’s just unbelievable. I just feel like I’m just living a dream come true,” he said.

“I honestly didn’t ever think I could be this happy,” Danielle added.

“I didn’t think happiness like this existed until I found a love like this.”

The Davis Family has expanded as Jennifer gave birth to Vera, their first child, in June of last year.

Also, Nick is the father of an older adolescent son from a prior relationship.
