Getting back to the gym after months (or years) of being a couch potato is never easy. There are many thoughts that run through a person's head as they enter the dreaded dungeon known as the gym, and gaze upon the various torture devices gym goers refer to as exercise machines. Those thoughts are then amplified as a person attempts to use one of these machines, and muscles that haven't been used in well... ever, scream their displeasure. I can vividly remember the first time I worked out with a Cross Fit Trainer, as it was this past Saturday, and I'm still feeling it. For every person that has ever wished they were eating a nice greasy pizza instead of running, these are 16 thoughts every out-of-shape person has at the gym.
