19 WWE Superstars You Didn’t Know Were Unfaithful

John Cena

John Cena has stated several times on Total Divas that he will never get married again, and that's because his first marriage ended in divorce after his wife found out that he had been cheating.

He married his wife and high school sweetheart Elizabeth Huberdeau before he became the face of WWE and he seemed considerably happy.

Of course, WWE stars spend a lot of time on the road and rumours began that Cena had been cheating with Mickie James after James' boyfriend and former WWE Superstar Kenny Dykstra posted pictures on social media of the two.

Of course Elizabeth found out and the two then went through a rather messy divorce. Cena has since moved on and is now dating former Divas Champion Nikki Bella.

Seth Rollins

In one of the most public break-ups in WWE history, Seth Rollins‘ former fiancé Leighla Shultz found out that he had been cheating on her with NXT talent Zahra Schreiber, and rather than confront Rollins, she posted their photos on social media.

Nude photos of developmental Diva Zahra were posted on Rollins' Twitter account and Leighla retaliated by posting photos of Rollins.

These pictures were quickly removed but had already gone viral. Leighla and Rollins ended their engagement and Rollins began dating Zahra. Unfortunately for Zahra, she was released by WWE after some Instagram comments were found

Batista

Back in 2005, Batista and Melina were thrown together in a story line that involved her seducing The Animal backstage in order to help MNM win the match against him and Rey Mysterio.

The match still went ahead, but Batista later wrote in his biography that the backstage segment was only the beginning. Batista states that he and Melina then had an affair, while she was dating fellow WWE superstar John Morrison and Batista was apparently not very happy in his marriage.

If Batista was looking for a divorce, then having his wife and the WWE Universe find out about his affair is one way to do that.

Triple H

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H were a part of a storyline back in the late 1990s that pitted the two together as Triple H apparently drugged Stephanie and forced her to marry him.

At the time, Triple H was in a relationship with fellow WWE Star Chyna (Joanie Laurer) but as the storyline continued to pair he and Steph together, he eventually began seeing Stephanie behind Chyna's back. When Chyna found out, she didn't last much longer within the company because, shockingly, the McMahon name carries some weight.

The two were married officially in 2003 and have since produced three children, whilst also making regular TV appearances

Lita

It's perhaps the best know love triangle in WWE history, but back in the early 2000s Lita and Matt Hardy were a well known couple. In the wrestling ring, they also had chemistry and formed Team Extreme with Jeff Hardy.

They became popular with the WWE crowd and Matt and Lita had been dating for around seven years when Matt suffered an injury that took him off the road for a few months. Lita then found comfort in the arms of Edge and unfortunately, Hardy found out.

Hardy was then fired and re-hired by WWE before the real life triangle was made into a story line for WWE. Lita remained with Edge on WWE TV until she retired from WWE in 2006.

Kurt Angle

The former World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist has himself admitted to having a two-and-a-half-year affair whilst apparently happily married to his now ex-wife Karen Angle.

The woman in question became rather hostile when the relationship was made public and even threatened to kill Angle's wife, who incidentally went on to find her own solace in the arms of Jeff Jarrett, who just happened to be Angle's co-worker on TNA!

Jarrett and Karen are now happily married themselves, but Angle seems to not be having any prominent success in the dating game

Chris Jericho

Y2J is one of the best known wrestlers of this generation, but it seems even he has a few skeletons in his closet over his almost three decade long career.

Jericho accidentally leaked private messages that were sent to other women while he was still married to current wife Jessica Lockhart.

It seems none of this has actually been proven, but there are still photos online that link Jericho to former WWE Diva Kelly Kelly. The two were seen kissing and partying together, which are hardly the moves of a faithful man!

Kelly Kelly has since gone on to date and become engaged to Anaheim Ducks defenseman Sheldon Souray.

Sunny

Michaels once accused Bret Hart of being the one who was cheating with Sunny, something that Hart was not impressed about because it caused a real rift between him and his wife. But it turns out Shawn was just attempting to deflect attention from the fact that he was the one cheating with her.

Ted Dibiase

The Million Dollar man certainly left his mark in WWE during his time as one of the best heels the company has ever produced.

Dibiase was known to have been a part of many of WWE's main backstage problems and it even became apparent that he knew a lot about other wrestlers who were also committing adultery. He acted almost like the father figure of those wrestlers, so it shouldn't be a stretch to know he cheated as well.

Ted admitted to cheating on his wife whilst he was travelling with WWE. Interestingly enough, Ted's son was also later signed by the WWE (and also went under the same nickname) but did not find the same success, and was released in 2013.

Jake Roberts

Roberts is one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time. He and his snake Damien are iconic figures in wrestling history, and even though he never won a Championship, he is still a WWE Hall of Famer. But if the rumors are true, then Jake didn't mind using his own "snake" as well!

Roberts told stories from the time he used to travel with WWE in a documentary released in 1999 entitled, Beyond the Mat. Roberts covers a lot of the gruelling aspects that go into being a wrestler, including talking about the explicit relationships he had with other women without his family's knowledge.

Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan has had a very public wrestling career and an even more public personal life, so it comes as no surprise that he is also a part of this list.

Hogan was married to his wife Linda for almost 25 years before the pair where divorced amidst scandal and drama. Hogan had a sex tape leaked and Linda even admitted to the times she knew that Hogan had been unfaithful to her.

Hogan was banished from WWE last year when a historical interview surfaced of him using racial language, but reports still suggest Hogan could make a WrestleMania appearance in the future.

Vince McMahon

Unsurprisingly, Vince McMahon has been less than secretive about his obvious transgressions. He will have been married to Linda for 50 years later this year, but he has definitely broken one of their vows.

There has been rumours about Vince and the many different women of WWE for many years but this was thought to have just been backstage rumours until Vince himself admitted to cheating several times.

Vince has made some rather vulgar remarks about the women he has cheated with in various interviews and it seems Linda is alright with whatever Vince does because she has yet to comment on any of her husband's claims of infidelity.

Mickie James

Victoria has also been mentioned above, but Mickie James also played a major part in John Cena's marriage breakdown. Let's not forget that she was also cheating on her boyfriend and fellow WWE Superstar Kenny Dykstra.

The two had been dating for a number of years and it seems that Dykstra was the jealous type because he was the one who shared the pictures and started the rumours about the affair between the two.

Mickie and Kenny broke up not long after and James left WWE, she then continued to wrestle for TNA where she met current partner Magnus and the two now have a son.

Ric Flair

Ric Flair has made a career out of being "The Dirtiest Player in the Game" so it makes sense that he also has an unfaithful part of him.

Flair has had a lot of media attention on him throughout his long career with WWE but during this he has also had many failed marriages and relationships.

His most recent wife, Jacqueline, accused Flair of infidelity during their divorce proceedings, but this was never proven. But with a reputation like Flair's it would make sense that The Nature Boy would be accused of one of the things he became famous for.

Shawn Michaels

Whilst there is nothing to support the claims, Road Warrior Hawk once accused Michaels and Vince McMahon of having a gay affair.

The two are very close and this was ever present during Shawn Michaels' retirement speech when Vince was shown to be the most emotional he has ever been on live tv and it is also noted that Vince continued to pay Michaels whilst he was taking time off from WWE.

Michaels is also known to have had a lengthy affair with Sunny during his early years in WWE when he was known for his bad boy persona. This was all before he remarried and settled down with his new wife Rebecca.

Nancy Beniot

Nancy will always be remembered as the victim of the whole Beniot tragedy, but back in the late 1990s was when Nancy first met Chris.

The two were put in a story line together by Nancy's then boyfriend Kevin Sullivan and the two were then told that they had to be seen together as much as they could because it would make their on-screen chemistry more believable.

This led to an actual relationship between Nancy and Chris which then led to the duo becoming married and having a son who they called Daniel. The Beniots were a quiet, adored couple until that fateful night in 2007.

Bret Hart

Bret Hart is one of the best known wrestlers in WWE history and he certainly would have been offered the opportunity to cheat many times whilst on the road with WWF.

It seems that he took advantage of this, as he admitting to cheating on his wife several times in his autobiography that he released after he had stepped away from the wrestling ring.

Hart had been earlier accused of having a relationship with Sunny and this caused a rift in his marriage, most prominently by Shawn Michaels. There is no denying that Hart divorced his wife Julie in 2002, but is currently married to Stephanie Washington who he married in 2010.

The Kat

Known in WWF/E at The Kat, Stacy Carter was a well known fixture in the company in an era when women were mostly used as sex symbols and valets.

Stacy was married to Jerry "The King" Lawler and was a part of some high profile story lines in her time with WWE. Though after she was released from her contract part way through one of these angles, Jerry even quit the company as a way of protesting on behalf of his wife.

Lawler later returned to company following his divorce and also later wrote in his biography that Stacy's constant cheating had an overwhelming effect on their relationship.

Terri Runnels

The former wife of WWE superstar Goldust, Terri became known as Marlene during her time in WWE and was aligned with her husband throughout her career as a rather seductive and beautiful manager.

Runnels seemingly began to grow tired of the eldest Rhodes brother and instead found comfort with fellow WWE star Shawn Stasiak. Goldust obviously found out about the betrayal and almost fell apart emotionally, but luckily WWE managed to help him stay focused. While Terri has left the company, Stasiak is currently still an active member of the WWE roster, and is still taking on the persona of Goldust.
