350 Pound Man Protests After Being Kicked Out Of All-you-can-eat Restaurant

Wisth said he was still starving and wanted more fish and is now accusing Chuck's Place of false advertising and endangering his life. Chuck's Place manager, Cathy Priest, said he was cheating the All-You-Eat deal by sharing fish with friends who didn't pay.

"I'm a big guy and need a lot of fish to stay alive," Wisth said. "I didn't have much money to buy fish somewhere else and this restaurant put my life in danger. If I had starved to death, they could have been charged with murder. I'm doing this to protect the lives [of] others and stop false advertising."

So, the spurned customer decided to picket the restaurant. Here is a video.
