82 Year Old Man Arrested After He Slashed Someone's Tires Over Bingo.

Fred Smith, an 82 year old man, was recently arrested for slashing a woman's tires. He says that the woman was sitting in his favorite seat which is what caused him to perform this act of vandalism. When police arrived Fred turned himself in saying that he was embarrassed because of what he did.
