A Dedicated Mom-To-Be Took Her College Exam While In Labor

Tommitrise Collins's baby daughter, Tyler, chose possibly the worst time to enter the world -- when her mother was supposed to be taking her college psychology exam.

So, like any sane person, Collins decided to take the test in the middle of a 20 hour long labor.

Collins told FOX 5 Atlanta that she could only take the online exam on that day. So, she dumped the pain medication and got on it.

Collins completed the two hour test in about an hour and 30 minutes, which is even more impressive considering contractions were only 3 minutes apart at that point.

Even the nurses were shocked that the new mom was able to get a B while pushing out Tyler, who weighed in at 7 pounds and 10 ounces.

But despite the new arrival, Collins is determined not to let her 3.6 GPA drop.
