#1 Cara Grace Duggan lives in Ireland with her two children. Several days ago she tried to buy a used NutriBullet juicer on Gumtree (sort of like their Craigslist).

#2 The juicer was for her mother Kim, who has been suffering from stage 4 oesophageal cancer since last year and who needs the high-density easily-digested nutrition the NutriBullet provides.

#3 However, the ~$200 price tag was a bit much for Duggan, who has been helping her mom cover chemo costs over the past year.

#4 So when she found a London man selling a used one on Gumtree, she contacted him immediately and asked if he could mail it to her.

#5 But Duggan was not expecting what happened next:

#7 He then tells her that he's ordered her a brand new juicer and that she can pick it up at her local Argos store that very day because he doesn't want her mum waiting for it.

#8 "I was shocked, and then thought maybe I'd read it wrong," Duggan told BuzzFeed. "The cynic in me didn't really believe the Nutribullet would be there until the woman actually handed it across the counter."
