A World Record Attempt That Went Horribly Wrong

1.5 million balloons were release in Cleveland's public square in an effort to set a world record but the balloons descended on Burke Lakefront Airport and Lake Erie, covering the water as the Coast Guard helicopter arrived to search for two missing boaters. The boaters were later found, drowned.
