Pacino recently become a member of the club for elderly dads, but TMZ claims that this was not in the actor's intended plan.
According to TMZ, the 83-year-old actor expressed a desire to undergo a test to confirm the paternity of his girlfriend Noor Alfallah's child.
Sources close to him informed TMZ that he was surprised by the news, as he believed he had medical issues that prevented him from impregnating anyone.
Alfallah agreed to a DNA test, and the results showed that Pacino still had a few swimmers.
The actor may not have known about the pregnancy for months, according to certain news reports.
Pacino wasn't kept in the dark about the impending child, a source informed the Daily Mail.
Despite the fact that it was "not expected," the Scarface actor was reportedly "overjoyed to learn that he is expecting a fourth baby."
She was eight months pregnant when TMZ initially made the announcement.
Alfallah and the actor are said to have started dating in April of last year.
