Bill Gates Accused Of Catching STD From Russian Women And Secretly Trying To Give Melinda Antibiotics, Epstein Files Claim

Newly released documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein include allegations suggesting Bill Gates contracted a sexually transmitted disease after sleeping with what Epstein described as “Russian girls.”

The material comes from a major document release by the US Justice Department on Friday (January 30), which included three million documents, 180,000 images, and around 2,000 videos linked to Epstein. Epstein, a convicted sex offender, died in prison in 2019. Being named in the files does not imply wrongdoing.

Among the records was a memo Epstein wrote to himself, which listed several claims about the Microsoft founder. Alongside the allegation involving Russian women, Epstein also suggested Gates asked him to help obtain antibiotics that could be given to his then-wife Melinda without her knowledge.

In an email dated July 18, 2013, Epstein wrote: "To add insult to the injury you them [sic] implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis."

In another email sent to himself roughly an hour earlier, Epstein suggested he was stepping away from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation after being drawn into what he described as a “severe marital dispute” between the couple.

He also claimed that he had been asked to carry out actions that he believed crossed ethical and legal boundaries.

"From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilitating his illicit trysts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall fro [sic] bridge tournamnts [sic]," Epstein alleged.

A spokesperson for Gates strongly rejected the allegations in a statement, saying: "These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false."

"The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein's frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame."

Separately, a 2013 report by the Wall Street Journal stated that Epstein had attempted to blackmail Gates over an alleged relationship involving a Russian bridge player.

Gates has previously acknowledged meeting Epstein on multiple occasions, though he has since described those interactions as a serious personal error.

Speaking to the Wall Street Journal in 2025, the billionaire said: "He sort of got time with various people by spending time with other people."

"So yes, I think I was quite stupid. I thought it would help me with global health philanthropy. In fact, it failed to do that and it was just a huge mistake."

Photographs of Gates and other high-profile figures have appeared in earlier releases of Epstein-related files. The presence of these images does not suggest criminal behavior or misconduct.
