I think it's safe to say that the fact that we are not allowed to get a tattoo without parental permission before the age of 18 turned out to be a pretty good thing. If teenagers were allowed to get tattoos whenever they felt like it, they would likely be covered in ridiculous homages to my favorite high school bands and/or a bunch of terrible dudes' names.
These 10 people should probably still have had to ask for parental permission because these tattoos are freaking weird. Don't believe me? Look for yourself.
