Blindfolded Man Rejects Woman After Hugging Her in Speed Dating Video

Dating is tough. It’s even tougher when you’re in a blindfold, with a buzzer in front of you in a speed dating video beig watched by millions of people.

Cut video which is known for their controversial speed dating videos was not prepared for Nathan who came in with a strategy in mind.

On the other side of the buzzer was Sam who came dressed in full anime cosplay leading with this gem of a line. “I’m definitely very into Asian men…It’s not a dealbreaker or anything.”

The conversation continued as normal but the gears were already turning in Nathan's head.

To work around the limitations of the blindfold, he decided to hug the people he was speaking to.

The awkward hug ended and the two then sat down to continue their conversation.

Nathan however decided to hit the rejection buzzer immediately.

After the rejection buzzer went off, Nathan said that the reason he pressed the red buzzer was because of a ‘gut feeling’.

Nathan sent Sam off on her way and continued with the speed dating. He later tried the same strategy on another woman suggesting she'd want to see how tall he was by hugging him. His new date Amy politely declined.

People were cringing and laughing at this strategy in equal measure.
