Adult creator Bonnie Blue has now learned what consequences she will face after her widely discussed ‘BangBus’ stunt in Indonesia drew legal attention. The update arrives after days of speculation over how authorities would respond to the situation.

The British performer was taken into custody on December 5 along with more than a dozen male tourists, with officers suspecting that the group had been attempting to film explicit content while in Bali. The arrests came shortly after concerns were raised about her activities.

Reports claim her promotional ‘BangBus’ tour, which involved inviting men aged 19 to 40 to join her, is what ultimately drew the attention of local authorities and led to her detention under Indonesia’s strict laws.

In addition to seizing the van, police also removed lubricant, condoms, viagra pills, and several outfits during the investigation. Billinger, who previously created content on OnlyFans, was questioned by immigration officials shortly after the arrest.

She had initially been warned that if she were found guilty, she could face as many as 15 years in prison and a substantial fine of about six billion rupiah, which is roughly $360,000.

However, authorities have now indicated that the 26-year-old will receive a far less severe outcome. The Ngurah Rai Immigration Office confirmed she will be deported back to the UK and placed on a blacklist preventing her return for at least 10 years. There is still a chance she may face trial relating to the purchase of the vehicle.

During a press briefing outside the immigration office, Heru Winarko said Billinger and her team had violated the rules of their tourist visas while staying in the country.

"They have misused the visa they have to make content in Bali," Winarko said. "They will be black-listed from entering Indonesia for at least 10 years (that) could be extended."

As a result, Billinger and the three men traveling with her are expected to be deported once police complete their investigation.

"Once police have finished with the investigation, after that we will deport them and put them (on) the blacklist," Winarko confirmed during the briefing.

However, Badung Police noted that Billinger and her team may still face additional legal consequences regarding the purchase of the blue “Bangbus,” which may not have met proper registration requirements, detikBali reported.

Officials also stated that one of the British men traveling with her is suspected of driving the van without the required international driving license, something that was captured in several videos circulating online.

"While in Bali, BB (Bonnie Blue) should have been travelling, but instead she was creating content," Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara said while addressing reporters.

He also pointed out that buying the pickup truck specifically for creating content could be considered another violation under local laws.

For these issues, Billinger and the British man are set to appear before Denpasar District Court on Friday, December 12.

The update follows news that the 17 men who were allegedly involved in the stunt, including a group of 14 Australians, were released on Saturday, December 6, after being interviewed by police as witnesses. Authorities said the individuals were not charged.

Officials reported that the participants had “admitted” their intention to “participate in the production of the reality show content,” which became a key part of the inquiry.

Immigration authorities also said they are reviewing possible misuse of residence permits and have taken the men’s passports while they continue their checks.
