John Stevens, 25, broke into Rumwood Cricket Club, in Maidstone, Kent, in June and left with a handbag and three cricket balls. That is one big loot!

Maidstone Magistrates' Court heard how Stevens wrote the note with a black marker pen and helped himself to a glass of squash at the scene.
When police were called to the club, however, they swabbed the pen and glass tumbler Stevens had used and found his prints and DNA all over them.
